葛根素治疗无ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征疗效观察

Puerarin for the acute coronary syndrome of non-ST elevation: an observation of curative effect

目的:探讨在抗凝及抗血小板基础上应用葛根素注射液治疗无ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的疗效。方法:对于入院确诊为无ST段抬高的ACS患者按随机数字表〔1〕分为两组。对照组为常规抗凝组:低分子肝素钙5 0 0 0IU ,皮下注射,1次/1 2h ,共1周;阿司匹林0 .3g ,口服,1次/d ,1 0d后改为1 0 0mg ,1次/d ,长期服用。治疗组为葛根素组:葛根素30 0mg ,静滴,每日1次,其余治疗同对照组。结果:治疗组在控制症状、减少心脏事件(心绞痛、心肌梗塞、猝死)复发及改善异常心电图方面均优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:在抗凝及抗血小板基础上加用葛根素。

Objective : To investigate clinical curative effect of puerarin on the basic of anticoagulation and antiplatelet for the acute coronary syndrome of non-ST elevation(ACS). Methods: The patients of the ACS of non-ST elevation were divided randomly into two groups. The control group was conventional anticoagulation group. The other is puerarin group. Results: After treatment with the puerarin, the total effective rate on controlling symptoms, relieving the recurrence of cardiac events and improving unusual ECG were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of anticoagulation and antiplatelet adding puerarin for the ACS of non-ST elevation is better than that of the conventional anticoagulation treatment.
