脂联素与2型糖尿病及其大血管病变 被引量:6

摘要 脂联素与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、2型糖尿病及其大血管病变的发生、发展有密切关系,被认为是一种保护性因子。本文从多方面就脂联素与2型糖尿病及其大血病变的关系加以总结。脂联素具有胰岛素抵抗及拮抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,对脂联素在2型糖尿病及其大血管病变方面的基础及临床研究,为改善胰岛素抵抗和防治2型糖尿病大血管病变提供了新的思路。
