纤溶活性与2型糖尿病及其大血管病变 被引量:3

摘要 组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tPA)和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)是纤溶系统的主要调控因子。2型糖尿病患者高血糖、高胰岛素血症、脂代谢紊乱、炎症反应、肥胖等多种因素可引起血浆tPA水平降低、PAI-1水平升高。纤溶活性的降低参与了大血管病变的发生、发展。提高纤溶活性的综合治疗将对防治糖尿病大血管并发症起一定作用。
