不同分子质量壳聚糖的制备及其整理织物的抗折皱性和抗菌性 被引量:6

摘要 以H2O2为氧化剂,研究了酸性、中性氧化降解法制备不同分子质量壳聚糖的工艺条件;以柠檬酸作为交联剂,将不同分子质量的壳聚糖对棉织物进行整理并测定其抗折皱性和抗菌性. 结果表明整理织物抗折皱性随壳聚糖分子质量减少而提高;质量分数为1.0%时,分子质量为17.0万、2.6万的壳聚糖对阴、阳性菌均有优异的抗菌性;分子质量为0.1万的壳聚糖抗阴性菌优于抗阳性菌. The process conditions for the prepn. of chitosans of different mol. wt. by the acid and neutral oxidative degradations with H2O2 as the oxidant were studied. The products with different mol. wt. were used to finish the cotton fabrics with citric acid as the cross-linking agent. The anti-crease and anti-bacterial properties of the finished fabrics were detd. The results showed that the anti-crease property of the finished fabrics increased with decreasing the mol. wt. of the chitosans. Excellent antibacterial activity against the gram-positive and negative bacteria was found with the chitosans of mol. wt 170 000 and 26 000 at concn. of 1.0%, and the chitosan having mol. wt. of 1 000 showed better antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria than gram-positive ones.
