摘要
建立了采用免疫亲和柱净化、柱前衍生、高效液相色谱法结合荧光检测器测定粮谷中T - 2毒素的新方法。方法的检测限为0 .1mg/kg ,相对标准偏差低于9% ,回收率80 %～95 %。方法简便快速、灵敏准确,满足出入境检验工作的要求。
A accurate and sensitive method for the determinatin of T-2 in cereals was developed.The method uses immunoaffinity columns containing andibodies specific for T-2 for clean-up,pre-clumn derivatization with 1-AN and HPLC with fluorescence detection for toxin determination.After extraction by methanol:water(80:20,V/V)and clean-up using immunoaffinity column,the T-2-derivatives was determined by HPLC with fluorescence detection.Recoveries of T-2 spiked to samples at levels ranging from 0.2 to 1.0mg/kg were from 80% to 95%,the relative standard deviations is 7.8%,the limit of determination is 0.1mg/kg.
