1332例儿童头发微量元素检测分析

Determination and Analysis on Trace Elements in Hair of 1332 Children

为了解信宜市城区幼儿园儿童体内微量元素含量情况,回顾性分析了2 0 0 3年信宜市城区幼儿园3至7岁儿童头发微量元素普查资料。结果表明,本区儿童缺锌率2 0 . 42 % ,缺碘率1 4. 2 6% ,缺钙率8 86% ,缺铁率3 . 0 0 % ,铅高率42. 0 4%。提示该市城区幼儿园儿童体内微量元素失衡相当普遍,必须加强幼儿园管理,监测和指导儿童微量元素营养,开展健康教育,提高群卫生保健意识,普通城区也要开展儿童铅中毒防治工作。

To explore trace element content in the body of children in Xinyi kindergarten,the content of trace elements in hair of children aged from 3 to 7 years old in city kindergarten in 2003 had been surveryed.The results showed that Zn-deficiency ratio was 20.42%,iodine-deficiency ratio was 14.26%,Ca-deficiency ratio was 8.86%,Fe-deficiency ratio was 3.00%,and excessive lead ratio was 42.04%.It concludes must enhance the kindergraten management.It is very important to improve the people health care recognization.
