摘要
采用DDTC (铜试剂) -光度法测定饮料中的微量铜,研究了DDTC与铜显色反应的条件。结果表明,在pH 9. 5~1 1 . 0条件下,铜试剂与Cu(Ⅱ)生成棕黄色的络合物,其最大吸收波长442nm ,铜含量在0 .0 2 8~4 .70 0 μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1 . 3 2×1 0 3。
To adopt DDTC(copper reagent)-photometry determination of trace copper in drink,the conditions of colour developing reaction of DDTC with copper have been studied.The result show that pH 9.5~11.0 condition,cooper reacts with Cu(Ⅱ) and generats the yellow complex. The biggest absorption wavelength is 442 nm,apparent mole light absorption coefficient is 1.32×10 3,Cu(Ⅱ)mass concentration in 0.028~4.700 μg/mL scope follows Bier's law.
