反垄断法不单具有维护市场经济自由竞争秩序的功能,其产业诱导的功能也非常重大。这种产业诱导功能在未来我国反垄断法中应主要体现在立法宗旨、基本原则、垄断及其相关行为的确立、调整范围、适用除外、特定保护、外资导向和特殊制度几个方面。

Anti-monopoly law has the function of keeping the order of market economy free competition. What's more, the coordinately significant attribution is its function of industry induction, which should be embodied in future anti-monopoly law of our country at the following aspects: lawmaking aim, basic principle, monopoly as well as the identification of its related behavior, the adjusted scope, the applied exceptions, particular protection, foreign capital direction and special system.
