摘要
随着电子商务的发展,网上银行已成为国际银行业发展的趋势,成为21世纪银行竞争的主要领域。网络银行业务在突破传统银行业务理念的同时,也对传统的法律制度产生了巨大的冲击与挑战。因此,对现有法律制度的革新是新金融情势下的必然要求。
With the development of electronic commerce, Internet banking has been the symbol of the development of international finance and has been the main field of the competition among international banks in the 21st century, the Internet banking has made a great breakthrough traditional thoughts on the management of banks and impacts upon and challenge to the present law system. Therefore, it is a necessary requirement to innovate the current legal system under the new global financial situation. This article mostly studies the following aspects, including EFT,electronic currency and the legal complicated relations of persons who are involved in the actions of internet banking ,and brings forward the proper legal countermeasures.
