大肠杆菌K-12中PFL家族基因的生物信息学分析 被引量:1

摘要 从生物信息学角度,利用生物学数据库( Gen Bank、Swiss-Prot、PDB)和分子生物学分析软件VectorNTI8.0 ,对大肠杆菌K-1 2中的多个丙酮酸甲酸裂解酶( pyruvate formate-lyase,PFL)进行序列的比较分析和结构预测,进而分析其活性位点、相关保守位点和特殊结构域及序列的二级结构。 Sequence analysis and structure prediction of pyruvate formate-lyase ( PFL) were performed,based on the knowledge of bioinformatics,with the biological databases( Gen Bank,Swiss- Prot,PDB) and software( Vector NTI8.0 ) supported by Internet.The further analysis of active sites,conserved sites,motifs,and secondary structure of PFLs were obtained,which supply the informations forthe rational design to PFL.
