摘要 目的清洗中药提取过程中多层叠加不锈钢滤网上积累的堵孔物质,让过滤工序顺利,缩短生产周期。方法多层叠加不锈钢滤网在ZQ40-6B型超声波清洗器内加饮用水,15min/次,反复4次清洗。结果将洗好的多层叠加不锈钢滤网放在微型-300多能提取设备上,煎煮提取甘草的提取液,检测滤速,接近新滤网的滤速。结论超声波清洗多层叠加不锈钢滤网的方法是一种简捷可行的方法。 Objective To clean the materials clogged in the multi-layer stainless mesh, make filtering process easily, and thus shorten the production cycle. Metods Put distilled water into multi-layer stainless mesh in ZQ40-6B supersonic cleansing device, cleansing 4 times repeatedly, one time every 15 minutes. Result Put the washed multi-layer stainless mesh on mini-300 multi-function extraction device, the extracted liquor from Licorice, examining the speed of filtering in order to approach to that of a new filtering mesh. Conclusion The supersonic multi-layer stainless mesh method is a simple and availabe one in extraction of Chinese traditional medicine.
