摘要
通过分析现代高校图书馆的特点,探索了发挥高校图书馆“心脏”作用的策略,并就如何加强高校图书馆的建设提出了建议。
Through analyzing the features of the modern university library, this paper probes into the strategies for giving full play to university library's “ heart” function, and puts forward some suggestions of how to strengthen the construction of university library.
