My Opinions on Inhibiting the Readers from Breaking Rules and Regulations

This paper introduces the expressions of library readers' breaking rules and regulations, and in the light of the readers' breaking rules and regulations in the library, puts forward some measures for inhibiting the readers from breaking rules and regulations such as establishing 'the datum line for the rule of virtue', constructing 'the high line for the rule by law:, and developing 'the life line for the personality', etc.
