摘要
论述了新时期高校图书馆流通服务工作环境的变化,提出了提高流通服务质量的策略,包括加强读者调研工作,加强馆际互借和资源共享,提高流通服务层次,加强对读者的思想素质教育,建立一支高素质的流通服务工作队伍等。
This paper discusses on the variation of the working environment of university library's circulating service, puts forward some strategies for improving the quality of the circulating service, such as strengthening the investigation of the readers, strengthening the mutual literatures borrowing and resources sharing among the libraries, increasing the level of the circulating service, strengthening the education for readers' ideological quality, and establishing the circulating service ranks with higher quality, etc.
