摘要
基于国有企业在薪酬管理上存在的问题,建立一套科学有效的薪酬模式已势在必行。重点讨论了薪酬设计、薪酬模式和薪酬激励在留住优秀人才并发挥其最大的工作积极性方面的作用。
Based on the problems existing in enterprise's salary management, this paper points out that establishing a set of scientific and effective salary models must be enforced, and discusses emphatically on the functions of the salary design, salary mode and salary excitation in keeping the excellent talents and give full play to their biggest working activities.
