基于网络迅速发展及信息迅速增长的情况,提出了培养学生的情报获取能力的全网络培训方式,阐述了全网络培训的优点、内容和措施以及全网络培训应注意的问题。

Based on the condition that the network develops rapidly and the information grows quickly, this paper puts forward the whole Internet training mode for training the information acquiring ability of the students, expounds the advantages, contents and measures of the whole Internet training mode and some problems needing attention in the course of the whole Internet training.
