This paper introduces the technique of accessing database via the module of ASP program and the principle of active webpage generation technique, expounds the implementation of the design of the in the intelligent website by using the active webpage design technique to retrieve the database and transform the results into HTML form, and taking the development of the website for curriculum and instruction as the example, puts forward the methods and procedures of implementing the intelligent website.
