Along with the development of the commercialization of the dwellings, the problems of the heating measurement and payment have become the ones that must be solved by the construction industry. This paper expounds the problems needing attention to carrying out the individual household heating measurement in the new dwellings from aspects of the calculation of the heating load, the erection of pipelines and thermal meters, the installation of the homo- thermal valve sensor, the design of the slope of heat supply pipelines, and the selection of the plastic tubes and pipes, etc.
