摘要
简述了心理学在读者服务中运用的必要性,分析了各类型读者到图书馆的一般心理需要,并针对不同类型读者的心理特点,给出了为各类读者提供优质服务的措施。
This paper briefly describes the necessity of applying the psycholog y in the service for readers, analyzes on the general psychological need of all kinds of readers who come to the library, and puts forward some measures for pro viding readers with first-rate service according to the psychological character istics of different kinds of readers.
