摘要
非法期刊是当前出版界的一大顽疾,其造成的危害是巨大的。分析了正式期刊与非法期刊的主要区别以及非法期刊的主要特征,并提出了一些判别期刊真伪的具体方法。
The illegal periodical, which is a stubborn disease in the press, ha s caused huge harms. This paper analyzes on the main distinguishes between the n ormal periodicals and the illegal ones and on the main features of the illegal p eriodicals, and puts forward some concrete methods for distinguishing the true a nd false of the periodicals.
