This paper expounds the totally new conception of the assets operati on from aspects of that the assets operation is different from the production op eration, the assets operation is an all-factors operation, and the assets opera tion is an opening-type operation, etc., analyzes on the paths of the generatio n and accumulation of enterprise's assets, and according to the domestic and for eign practical experiences, puts forward the idea of carrying out the assets ope ration of enterprise.
