本文研究一类描述自催化生化反应系统的微分方程数学模型。文章从理论上讨论了极限环的存在性问题，给出了存在极限环的充分条件，同时给出了一个存在极限环的具体的例。

A differential equation moddek describing the biochemical reaction system of autocatalysisis studied. The study has theoretically discussed the existence of the limit cycle, given thesufficient condition of the existence. And the exact example of existing limit cycle ib also pre-sented.
