This paper expounds the position of the progress control of the cons truction project and the regulation of the plan and progress control system of t he construction project, and based on the analysis on the factors influencing th e progress of the construction project, puts forward some measures and suggestio ns about strengthening the progress control of the construction project and doin g well the construction quality plan control.
