针对目前工程造价控制现状,阐述了建设项目全过程工程造价控制在决策阶段、设计阶段及项目实施各阶段的决定性作用,并相应介绍了工程造价控制的一些操作方法。

In the light of the present situation of the construction cost contr ol of the project, this paper expounds the deterministic function of the whole c ourse control of the construction cost of the project in the decision-making st age, the designing stage and the implementing stage, and introduces some operati onal methods for the control of the construction cost.
