Talking about the Fault Management of Coal Washers

介绍了设备故障管理的目的、洗煤设备故障的分类、预防和消除故障的措施,提出要实现设备无故障运转,必须提高人的素质,实现设备从设计、制造、使用、维护、保养到更新改造全过程的管理。

This paper introduces the target of equipment fault management, the types of the faults of coal washers and the measures for preventing and eliminat ing the faults, and points out that in order to realize the fault-free operatio n of the equipment, must improve the quality of the personnel relative to the eq uipment, and practicing the total-procedure management from the designing, manu facturing, using, maintaining, renewing, and transforming, etc.
