针对NT—30m浓缩机传统中心支架结构方面存在的缺陷,进行了技术改造,用承重滚轮支承中心支架代替上、下滑环支承,解决了原中心轴承钢球掉道、维修困难等问题,降低了劳动强度,创造了经济效益。

In the light of the shortages of the central supporter of NT—30 m t hickener in the coal washery, the technical transformation has been made. Replac ing the support of the upper/lower slip-rings with the central supporter bearin g roller support solved the problems of running off the track of the original ce ntral bearing's steel balls, the difficult maintaining, etc., reduced the labor strength, and created economic benefits.
