本文介绍了在计算机辅助旋转体零件工艺设计专家系统的研制中，利用成组技术原理作为指导思想对知识库的组织结构进行层次化和模块化设计；知识库采用框架和规则表达方法描述知识，阐述了知识库建立的原理和方法。

This paper presents how to carry on layer and modularization designs to the organiza-tional structures of the knowledge-base with the aid of principle of group technology in thedevelopment of the computer aided turning parts process planning expert system. And theprinciple as well as the method of the set-up of knowledge-base is also described.
