摘要
引言
我国经济持续快速发展,人民水平生活不断提高和城市化进程的加快,对基础设施的的需求不断增长.我国政府加大了基础设施投资力度,同时积极合理有效地利用外资,一定程度上初步缓解了制约经济快速增长的"瓶颈",促进了经济和社会稳定发展.
