小菜蛾对阿维菌素和抑太保的抗性监测及治理对策研究 被引量:10

摘要 2002-2004年,以北京宣化品系作为敏感品系,采用叶片浸渍法测定了温州地区小菜蛾的抗药性,同时采用诊断剂量法监测其抗性个体频率的发展动态,两者结果趋势一致.当小菜蛾对阿维菌素和抑太保处于敏感阶段,低等水平抗性和中等水平抗性时,抗性个体存活率分别为0%-10%、10%-20%和20%-63.5%.采用以田间抗性监测与治理有机结合为特点的小菜蛾抗药性治理对策,交替施用作用机理不同的杀虫剂,可有效地控制抗性小菜蛾种群的危害,并延缓对新型杀虫剂的抗性发展.将药剂的诊断剂量作为抗药性监测的区分浓度,可为抗药性治理的决策和效果评价提供重要依据. Ten field populations of Wenzhou were collected in 2002~2004, for monitoring of resistance ratios (RRs) in the diamondback moth (DBM) to abamectin and chlorfluazuton, compared with a susceptible population from Beijing. The frequencies of resistant genotypes of DBM were developed with the RRs by diagnostic dosage test. We deduced the DBM was still susceptible to insecticides, and the frequencies of resistant genotypes were 0~10%. The DBM was inferior level resistance to insecticides, and the frequencies of resistant genotypes were 10~20%. The DBM was medium level resistance to insecticides, and the frequencies of resistant genotypes were 20~63.5%. The strategy of resistance management was characterized by the good integration of on-farm resistance monitoring and resistance management, and rotation of insecticides without cross-resistance and with different mode of actions.
