摘要
实施企业信息化时,如何选择ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning)企业资源计划系统,减少企业的风险,是信息化建设过程中至关重要的事情,做好了会事半功倍,否则会导致失败。
After the entrance to WTO, Chinese enterprises are stepping into the era of management competition. As the realiza-tion of management in factories, ERP is an important contribution to enterprise's development and accomplishment. So, it is verycritical for enterprise's information construction to choose ERP system and reduce risks in the process of it informationization. Ifenterprise makes a proper choice, the ERP system will get enterprise more profit with less cost, otherwise it will fail.
