On the Perfection of the Fine Punishment System of Our Country

罚金刑是现代刑罚体系中不可或缺的有机组成部分,在刑罚体系中发挥着非常重要的作用。1997年刑法典和1979年刑法典相比,在罚金刑的立法方面,增加了罚金刑使用罪名的范围,也改变了对罚金刑的适用方式和罚金刑的数额规定,但还有很多的不足和值得完善的地方。

Fine punishment is an indispensable organic component in the modern penalty system, playing a very important role in the system. Compared with the 1979 and 1997 punishment code, in legislation of fine punishment, the range and using the charge of fine punishment have been added, the number of regulation which is applicable to the way of fine punishment has been changed too, but there are a lot of deficiencies worthy to be perfectded.
