当前,我国政府采购制度尚处于试行阶段,各地分别实行的政府采购还面临着许多问题,诸如政府采购市场开放、政府采购项目范围、政府采购实体及管理体制、政府采购方式,以及政府采购信息系统和监督机制的建立等,都亟须研究解决。

Governments at various levels are confronted with many problems concerning the opening of the market for government purchase, the scope of government purchase, the entities to conduct government purchase, government management, means of government purchase, information system for government purchase and the establishment of a supervisory mechanism, etc.
