摘要
20世纪90年代以来,速度经济逐渐替代传统的规模经济成为主流,敏捷型组织也应运而生。鉴于上述形势的变化及传统企业激励管理存在的弊端,激励作为企业管理工作的重要手段,进行创新势在必行。因此,本文提出应创建基于敏捷型组织的弹性激励系统。
Speed economy has replaced the traditional scale economy to lead the main stream since 1990s, which has led to the establishment of keen organizations. Under the new circumstances, the old defected inspiring system of the traditional enterprises should be innovated. The paper proposes establishing a system of flexible inspiration based on a keen organization.
