摘要
对A3、16Mn两种国产结构钢板,取V型坡口和无坡口两种对接形式,用二氧化碳气体保护焊和埋弧自动焊两种焊接工艺制成的八种板焊接头,在应力比R=0.1的纯弯加载方式和室温、大气环境下进行成组疲劳试验,以获得它们的P-S-N曲线。这一研究的结果可为对焊构件的疲劳设计与计算提供可靠的依据。
The fatigue test of the eight kind flat weidirjg ioints has been carried out with the in groups mathod,under pure dbending load of cycling R-ratio 0.1,room temp. and atmosheric environment,to study their P-S-N curves. These joints arc processed with the A3 nd l6Mn steel plate made in china,useing CO2 are welding and union melt welding technology,as well as V groove and square-butt welding fashion. The results of this study can provid a reliable basis for the fatigue design and calculation of butt welding components.
