通过文献资料法、录像观察法对2004年欧洲杯足球赛犯规情况进行定性定量统计,利用SPSSl2. 0对数据进行统计分析。按犯规数量大小依次为绊摔、推、拉扯、踢、冲撞、阻挡、故意手球、跳向对方、危险动作、假摔。裁判员在执法时要特别留意运动员手上和身上的细小犯规动作。比赛进入下半场,队员在中前场拼抢激烈、犯规多,要求裁判员具有充沛的体能,快速进入执法状态,要与快节奏的比赛保持同步。

By using the method of documentary, kinescope observation and statistic, this paper analyzes the players’ fouls in 2004 Europe soccer cup. Based on the numbers of the fouls, there altogether includes tripping, pushing, holding, kicking, charging, impeding, deliberately handing the ball, jumping at an opponent, playing a dangerous manner and pretending to fall. The referees should especially observe the tiny fouls on the players’ hands and bodies during carrying on the principle and law. At the second half period of the match, players have more furious grapping and easily make more fouls, it asks the referees have plentiful body ability to quickly enter the condition of carrying out principles and laws. That is to say, they can catch up with the soccer match.
