Get an all-round understanding of the standard system for passenger dedicated railway and establish a new concept of railway construction

论述了对客运专线标准理解的基本原则,着重介绍了对京沪高速铁路、时速250km客运专线,时速200km客运专线、客货共线铁路和既有线提速改造的5本设计规范中有关轨道工程、路基工程、桥梁工程、隧道工程等站前工程技术标准的理解,对工程建设中各专业应注意的有关问题提出了具体建议。

Discussions were made of primary principles for understanding of standard of passenger dedicated railways, particularly technical standard for track work, subgrade work, bridge work, and tunnel work, etc., as specified in five design codes, namely JingHu High Speed Railway, 250km/h Passenger Dedicated Railway, 200km/h Passenger Dedicated Railway, Passenger and Freight Mixed Railway, and Speed Increase of Existing Railway. Specific recommendations were raised concerning various specialties.
