摘要
本文阐述了整粒花生不被破碎而进行半脱脂加工的方法。根据实验结果,对整粒花生在半脱脂制取过程中水份、压力、时间的变化对半脱脂产品质量的影响进行了分析,并探寻了使整粒花生脱脂效率达50%以上而不被破碎的最佳工艺条件。
alf deoiling of the uncrushed intact peanut kernels was expounded and an analy-sis was also made of the changes of moisttire,pressure,and time in the half deoiling process,whichinfluenced the quality of half deoiled kernels.As a result,the technological conditions optimumwere found out to half-deoil intact peanut kernels without crusking them.
