摘要
本文对液化石油气性质和植物油料浸出机理进行了分析,阐明了液化石油气作为溶剂的优点,研究了液化石油气直接浸出高含油料的原理及工艺过程;通过模拟工业化生产的小型试验,确定了花生直接浸出的最佳工艺条件,对菜籽的直接浸出也进行了有价值的探索;对本工艺的开发利用前景进行了讨论。
The property of liquefied petroletim gas and the extraction mechanism of veg-etable oilseeds were analysed and the merits of using liqufied petroieum gas as solvent explainedMeanwhile, the study was made on the principles and the technological process of direct extrac-tion of high oil bearing seeds with liquefied petroleum gas. By small-scale simulated industrialproduction,the technological condition optimum for the direct extrdction of peanuts was found.Avaluable probe was made into the direct extraction of rapeseeds and the prospect of the applicationof the technology was discussed as well.
