摘要
本文重点介绍了利用ＳＴＤ－５０００系列工业控制微机研制开发碾米工业微机监控系统。对于如何优化系统、优选机型、选用通讯接口、利用ＲＳ－４８５通风总线组成分布式网络，并在网络参数的计算、测试与安装等方面进行了论述。同时介绍了自行研制的白度探测器的应用。
The monitoring system of rice milling industry was developed by mcans ofSTD industrial control microcomputer.In addition,the article expounted how to optimize thesvstem,how to select the type of computer,how to select communicatioin interface,how tomake up the distribution network with RS-485 Bus communication,how to calculate thenetwork parameter,how to detectand assemble the monitoring system,The application ofspecial rice whiteness detector designed by authors was also introduced.
