摘要
本文论述了浸出毛油微粒化脱溶原理,分析了脱溶过程中,温度、油滴直径及残压对脱溶的影响,并通过正文试验L_9(3 ̄4),确定了微粒化脱溶最佳工艺条件。
The principle for the pelletized desolventizing of extracted crude oil was expound-dand the influence of the temperature,the diameter of the oil drop and the vacuum on the desol-ventizing process was analysed. Through orthogonal experiment,the technological conditions opti-mum were found out for desolventizing oils.
