气相色谱法测定菜籽乳清粉中硫葡萄糖甙及其降解物

摘要 用气相色谱仪测定了菜籽乳清粉中硫葡萄糖甙和它的降解物。经用气相色谱—质谱分析和用紫外光分光光度法比较,实践证明利用普通仪器气相色谱仪,可以快速准确地分析菜籽制品中硫葡萄糖甙和它的降解物,此种方法是可行的。 Glucosinolate and its degradation products in whey flour from rape seed wasdetermined with gas chromatography. An analysls was also made to compare the test data ofgas chromatography,GC MS,and ultra violet spectrophotometry. The result showed thatgas chromatography was conventional、quick、exact,and applicable to determine the glucosi-nolate and its degradation products made of whey flour from rape seed.
