摘要
用ＤＮＡ荧光定量测定法对正常中国仓鼠卵巢细胞（ＣＨＯ细胞）和用１Ｍ苯处理的ＣＨＯ细胞进行细胞ＤＮＡ定量分析。结果显示，正常ＣＨＯ细胞ＤＮＡ含量为４．８２±０．３４和４．７９±０．３７ｐｇＤＮＡ／个细胞，１Ｍ 苯处理的ＣＨＯ细胞为８．６７±１．８４ｐｇＤＮＡ／个细胞。差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
he quantity of DNA of the treated Chinese
Hamster Ovary Cells (CHO Cells) with 1M Benzeneand the control CHO Cells were determined, by
method of Pluorometric Quantitative Analysis. The results Showed that DNA of treated CHO Cells
and control ones were 8. 76 ± 1. 84 and 4. 82± 0. 34pgDNA' cell. The difference in both was
sisnificant.
