摘要
用DNA荧光定量测定法对正常中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(CHO细胞)和用1M苯处理的CHO细胞进行细胞DNA定量分析。结果显示,正常CHO细胞DNA含量为4.82±0.34和4.79±0.37pgDNA/个细胞,1M 苯处理的CHO细胞为8.67±1.84pgDNA/个细胞。差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。
he quantity of DNA of the treated Chinese
