摘要
Research shows that the less teachers speak in class, the more students talk. So English teacher talk determines, to some extent, whether the teaching in class is successful or not. After giving a brief introduction to teacher's role in English class, this paper analyzes the possible factors that affect teacher's organization and the students' involvement in class. It then suggests some improvements of teacher in order to better our teaching methodology.
