摘要
对不同贮藏年限的辣椒种子用不同浓度的硝酸钾溶液浸泡不同的时间,在相同温度、光照、培养基质条件下处理进行发芽实验.结果表明,硝酸钾对辣椒种子的萌发具有一定的促进作用,其最佳渗调因素为:渗调浓度为0.2%~0.3%,渗调时间为12~24 h,贮藏年限较长的种子需要较长时间的浸种才可以达到较高的相对吸水量.
The pepper seeds of different storage time were tested with different KNO 3 concentration and different soaking time at the same temperature, light and culture condition. The results showed that KNO 3 had certain promoting effect on the germination of pepper seeds.It’s best osmotic factors were that osmotic concertration was 0.2%-0.3%, osmotic time was 12-14h. The longer storage seeds needed longer soaking time before it got to higher relative absorbing water.
