摘要
用不同浓度的Ca2+处理马尾松种子进行发芽实验,结果表明:用5~20mtmol/L Ca2+浸泡马尾松种子24h,马尾松幼苗的苗高、根长、幼苗含水量均随Ca2+浓度的增加而增加,根系质膜相对透性则随Ca2+浓度的增加而降低.Ca2+浓度为20mtmol/L最有利于马尾松种子发芽,其种子发芽率、活力指数、发芽指数以及幼苗高、根长、根细胞膜稳定性均明显高于对照.而25~30mtmol/L的高Ca2+溶液处理种子则对种子萌发、幼苗生长有明显抑制作用.
Germination experiment has been tested by soaking Pinus massoniana seeds using different Ca 2+ concentration . The results indicated that the height, length of root, water content of Pinus massoniana seedling increased with Ca 2+ concentration increase, but the cytoplasmic membrane relative penetrativity of root decreased. It was beneficial to seed germination of Pinus massoniana by using 20 mmol/L Ca 2+ concentration. The germination rate,vigor index,germination index and the height , length of root, water content of seedlings and cell membrane stability of root were higher than those of control. But the seed germination and growth of seedlings were restrained obviously using 25-30mmol/L Ca 2+ Concentration.
