4种重金属离子及其混合液对壶状臂尾轮虫的急性毒性试验

Acute Toxic Test of Four Heavy Metal Ions and Their Mixed Solution on the Brachionus urceus

研究了铜、锌、镉、铅离子及其混合液对壶状臂尾轮虫(Brachionusurceus)的急性毒性影响,实验结果表明,Cu2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Pb2+对壶状臂尾轮虫的24hLC50分别为83 .18μg/L、4 .27mg/L、7. 60mg/L、23 44mg/L,将4种离子按照质量比120∶20∶6∶1的比例配成混合金属溶液,其混合液对壶状臂尾轮虫的24hLC50为0 42mg/L。

The toxic effects of metal ions and the mixed ions on Brachionus urceus were studied in this paper. The experimental results showed that the 24 h LC_ 50 of Cu 2+, Zn 2+, Cd 2+, Pb 2+ to B. urceus were 83.18 μg/L,4.27 mg/L,7.60 mg/L and 23.44 mg/L respectively. If the mass proportion of these four kinds of metal ions was 120∶20∶6∶1, the 24 h LC_ 50 of the mixed solution to B.urceus was 0.42 mg/L.
