再生障碍性贫血患者免疫抑制治疗与骨髓上清肿瘤坏死因子-α及干扰素-γ水平的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between immunotherapy and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interferon-γ of bone marrow plasma in patients with aplastic anemia

摘要 目的 探讨再生障碍性贫血(再障)患者骨髓上清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF- α)、干扰素- γ(IFN-γ)的水平与免疫抑制剂环胞菌素A治疗反应的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫法对24例再障患者及20例健康志愿者骨髓上清TNF- α、IFN -γ进行检测比较,再障患者均给予环胞菌素A治疗至少3个月。结果 再障患者骨髓上清TNF- α、IFN- γ水平与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(分别为P<0. 05、P<0. 01),TNF -α、IFN -γ水平高者对环胞菌素A治疗的反应好。结论 再障患者骨髓上清TNF- α、IFN -γ水平较正常人均有不同程度的增高,对环胞菌素A治疗的反应可能与骨髓上清TNF -α、IFN-γ水平有关。 Objective To detect the relationship between the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) of bone marrow plasma with the response of immunotherapy CyclosporinA(CsA) in the patients with aplastic anemia.Methods TNF-α and IFN-γ were detected and compared by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 24 aplastic anemia patients and 20 normal controls.The patients were administered with the cyclosporin A (CsA) for at least 3 months.Results The levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in the aplastic anemia patients were statistically significant,compared with the normal control (P<0.05 and P<0.01).The patients with higher levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ responded well to CsA.Conclusion The levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in aplastic anemia are higher,and the CsA therapy maybe related with the increase of TNF-α and IFN-γ.
