Quality Control of Dam Heightening and Thicking Project of Xiaohekou Reservoir in Yicheng County

文中通过对翼城县小河口水库大坝加高培厚工程施工中工序质量控制方面的经验总结及一些做法,从工程项目管理的角度,论证了质量控制必须从控制影响质量的各个因素入手,使施工工艺不断改进完善,从而使施工工序质量控制规范化、制度化。

In this paper, the experience from the quality control of dam heightening and thicking project of Xiaohekou Reservoir in Yicheng County is summarized. From the aspect of construction management, a viewpoint is argued, that the project quality control must start with the factors that affect the construction quality, so as to improve and consummate the methods of construction continuously, and all of these will make the quality control of construction methods normalize and systematize.
