摘要
文中通过对洪山灌区节水改造设计中渠系及建筑物的老损程度评价的阐述,提出了一个全新的、较系统完善的评价办法,为灌区改造提供了一个良好的模式。
In this paper, through assessing the ageing and destruction degree of canal system and canal structures in water-saving transform design of Hongshan Irrigation District, a new, more systematic and more perfect assessment method is presented, and a good model for transformation of irrigation district is provided.
