Discussion on Eco-construction of Water And Soil Conservation in Non-major Erosion Control Area

晋中市地处黄土高原非重点治理区,在国家投资少的情况下,水土保持取得了很大的成绩,也积累了许多经验。当前及今后一段时期水土保持生态建设首先是调整工作思路,转变观念,用新的理念探索水保工作新方法。目前主要是抓好生态恢复建设、退耕还林、淤地坝建设、重点治理项目、监督监测等。

Jinzhong City is located on the loessal plateau and is non-major erosion control area in Shanxi Province. But the remarkable achievement in soil and water conservation construction is obtained and a great many experiences are accumulated. At present and in not short future years, the eco-construction tasks are adjusting thought, transforming sense, and seeking new job method for erosion control at first. Nowadays, the main jobs that must be grasped are construction of restoring eco-environment, withdrawing farmland for afforestation, construction of check dam for building farmland,supervising and monitoring soil erosion etc.
